JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md.,

Honorary commanders are active members of the local community who serve as leaders and have a deep rooted interest in military affairs. The Honorary Commanders Program encourages friendships between key leaders of the base's surrounding communities, JBA commanders and Airmen.
