Davis, 316th Wing/Joint Base Andrews command chief, away from a 1st Helicopter Squadron UH-1 Huey helicopter after a flight around the National Capital Region Wednesday. Colonel Steven Shepro, 316 WG/Joint Base Andrews commander, and the chief invited the Airman on a flight as part of a new program; Shadow the Commander for a Day. Once a week the installation leadership invites an Airman to follow in their footsteps for a day and observe what goes into keeping the base running.
