Joint Base Andrews Media Operations

The Media Operations section works to coordinate all media interviews, media queries and media access to Joint Base Andrews.
 
Media members visiting Joint Base Andrews must be escorted by a Public Affairs representative at all times.
 

Military members and civilian workers assigned to Joint Base Andrews who are contacted by news media should provide the media member with the email address and phone number of the Public Affairs Office Media Operations section.

Your application is not considered complete until we have received this complete form. Submission of this application DOES NOT guarantee installation access. Providing information is voluntary; however, installation access will not be permitted if it is not submitted.

Media representatives must be actively and professionally engaged in the pursuit of information
distribution about Joint Base Andrews, its units or the U.S. Air Force. Freelance media members must have
verifiable previous accomplishments and may be asked to provide assignment documents from an editor, news
director, producer, manager or owner of a professionally recognized media organization. Foreign Nationals or
Green Card holders must submit a copy of their passport or Alien/Legal Permanent Resident card with this
application. All documents must be unexpired.
