Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery Center holiday schedule

Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery Center and the military treatment facility at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling will be closed Dec. 25 in observance of Christmas and Jan. 1 in observance of New Year’s Day. 

Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 clinic services will be available until 1:00 p.m. The appointment line will open at 6:30 a.m. to book same-day appointments with the last appointment at noon. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the appointment line at 1-888-999-1212. 

Patients will be able to access the pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology for routine services until 1:00 p.m.

Prescription refills requested before noon Dec. 21 will be available for pickup after noon Dec. 26.

Prescription refills called in after noon Dec. 21 will be available for pickup after noon Dec. 27.

Prescription refills requested before noon Dec. 28 will be available for pickup after noon Jan. 2.

Prescription refills called in after noon Dec. 28 will be available for pickup after noon Jan. 3.

The Emergent Care Center will remain open 24/7 as usual to provide emergency and urgent care services. Additionally, the nurse advice line is available 24/7 for free medical information and advice for TRICARE beneficiaries. To reach the NAL call 1-888-999-1212, option 1-4.
