OUTBOUND MEMBERS:
Retirement, Separations, and First-Time Movers: Please visit us in person or reach us by phone or e-mail to arrange one-on-one counseling with navigating your entitlements and choosing the best option for your upcoming move.
All Other Members: Please visit https://www.militaryonesource.mil/moving-house/moving/pcs-and-military-moves/ , log on to DPS (the Defense Personal Property System) for self-guided shipment applications. All shipment applications require valid orders. Follow the screen prompts to input orders information, shipment pick-up location, destination, desired pick-up date and then submit your application to our office for processing.
Please Note - Timelines: ** During times other than peak season, a two week notice is required to accommodate shipment pick-up requests. Please check with our office for most up-to-date timelines required as this may vary greatly throughout the spring and summer months.

PET TRAVEL:
Pet shipments on Patriot Express (PE) rotator flights are limited to 2 pets per family in (PCS) permanent change of station status only. Pet space is limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Commercial travel at government expense is NOT an alternate option to accommodate pets. The traveler is responsible for all expenses related to the pet shipment and must comply with the carrier regulations. Reimbursement for shipping a pet is NOT authorized for military members.
INBOUND MEMBERS:
For PPM/ DITY (Personally Procured Move/ Do It Yourself) move reimbursements, you are required to provide the following: PCS Orders, DDFORM 2278, DDFORM 1351-2, receipts, PPM Checklist and Expense Certification , empty & full weight tickets. Please write your last name and the last four digits of your SSN on your weight tickets. Please ensure all documents are legible and that all carbon copies are readable. All documents may be brought in or e-mailed to 316.TMO.CUSTOMER.SERVICE@US.AF.MIL.
PPM Turn-in Guide
To file a claim of loss or damaged items, you will have 180 days from the date of delivery. Claims must be filed within the Defense Personal Property System (DPS), accessed through https://www.militaryonesource.mil/moving-house/moving/pcs-and-military-moves/ .
To schedule delivery of household goods (HHG) or unaccompanied baggage (UB) from Storage In-Transit (SIT) please contact your moving company directly. For Non-Temporary Storage (NTS) release, please e-mail us with your orders and the physical address of where your items are being stored.
