  • Virginia Gate: OPEN Monday - Sunday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. 
  • Pearl Harbor Gate POV Lane:  OPEN Monday - Sunday, 6 a.m. - 1 p.m.; CLOSED on AFDW Family Days and associated holidays.     
  • Pearl Harbor Gate Commercial Lane: OPEN Monday - Sunday, 5:00 a.m. - 9 p.m. 
  • Pedestrian Gate: OPEN Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • North Gate Outbound: CLOSED

The COVID-19 vaccine is now being offered to all beneficiaries 16 years of age and older at Joint Base Andrews. If you are eligible, you can schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment by visiting our COVAX portal at covidvaccine.sparkxcell.com.

Studio Photography: During COVID-19, we provide limited support for official Visa/Passports and ISOPrep and Special Duty Assignment packages only every Wednesday. The PA studio is located in the William A. Jones III Building 1500 West Perimeter Road, Suite 2330, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762.

Please bring your own colored collared shirts. NO WHITE COLLARED SHIRTS! If you are getting both Visa and Passport photos, you will need two different colored shirts. Walk-in hours: Wednesday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. No appointments available.
