Main Gate: OPEN 24/7

  • Virginia Gate: OPEN Monday - Sunday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. 
  • Pearl Harbor Gate POV Lane:  OPEN Monday - Sunday, 6 a.m. - 1 p.m.; CLOSED on AFDW Family Days and associated holidays.     
  • Pearl Harbor Gate Commercial Lane: OPEN Monday - Sunday, 5:00 a.m. - 9 p.m. 
  • Pedestrian Gate: OPEN Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • North Gate Outbound: CLOSED

All JBA personnel and patrons will comply with CDC and installation guidance: Face masks are required while indoors on Joint Base Andrews, regardless of vaccination status.

The COVID-19 vaccine is now being offered to all beneficiaries 12 years of age and older at Joint Base Andrews. You must have an appointment and access to JBA. For more information on accessing JBA, please visit https://www.jba.af.mil/Home/Visitor-Control-Center/.

 If you are eligible, you can schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment by visiting our COVAX portal at covidvaccine.sparkxcell.com. The COVID-19 vaccine will not be offered in our Immunization Clinics. It will only be offered at both JBA and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling vaccination sites. Studio Photography: We provide limited support for official Visa/Passports and ISOPrep and Special Duty Assignment packages only every Wednesday. The PA studio is located in the William A. Jones III Building 1500 West Perimeter Road, Suite 2330, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762.

Please bring your own colored collared shirts. NO WHITE COLLARED SHIRTS! If you are getting both Visa and Passport photos, you will need two different colored shirts. Walk-in hours: Wednesday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. No appointments available.
