The 11th Wing Civil Engineering Squadron has made changes to work order prioritization, Joint Base Andrews.
The old system that required 11th Wing CES to fulfill all work orders has been replaced by a system that prioritizes submitted work orders.
Work orders will be prioritized based on need, criticality to the mission and the individual circumstance.
"Due to budget limitations, we aren't able to get to every work order," said Master Sgt. Gary Lafrance, 11th CES NCO in-charge of customer service. "We have to prioritize wants versus needs."
