Warrior of the Week

Ms. Diana Jones, 11th Force Support Squadron lead training and curriculum specialist, is the Warrior of the Week at Joint Base Andrews, Md., for the week of Oct. 22, 2014.

Jones is being recognized for ensuring the children's curriculum and classroom environments meet the requirements to provide families with the highest quality care.

She is responsible for training staff to work with children ranging from new born to 18 years of age. In addition to her normal duty, Jones spent 40 extra hours confirming that portfolios and classrooms in Child Development Center 1 met the requirements for accreditation.

During her 19 years of working for the Air Force, Jones has spent time at Kadena Air Base, Japan, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, and now, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.
