U.S. Army color guard members stand in Hangar Two during the U.S. Army Priority Air Transport Command change of command and responsibility ceremony at Joint Base Andrews, Md., July 14, 2017. The colors are a symbol of the commander’s authority and are a reminder of the responsibility they have to execute the unit’s mission and care for its personnel and equipment. The role of commander was passed from Lt. Col. Heather L. Maki to Lt. Col. Matthew L. Rowland during the event. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Jordyn Fetter)
