Exceptional Family Member Program-Family Support (EFMP-FS)
Our mission is to ensure a continuum of care and support is available to military families in the National Capital Region (NCR) that has dependent(s) with special medical and educational needs or disabilities. The EFMP-FS program has developed a connection with other military branches EFMP-FS program to extend that continuum of care throughout the NCR. The EFMP-FS program has partnered with the EFMP-Medical program to identify families with exceptional needs, assist with enrollment in the program, while maximizing resources and supports.
