Virtual Forum/Conference Call
The 316th Wing is hosting a Virtual Forum/Conference Call on Thursday, 08 February 2024 from 9:00 to 11:30 AM The virtual events goal is to bring together small and large businesses in an open forum to discuss How to Do Business with Joint base Andrews, to discuss positive pending strategies for industry and Joint Base Andrews and it will also provide an opportunity for company outreach and networking with one another.
Attendees will receive virtual access information on how to do join the meeting the day before the event.
The tentative agenda is as follows:
- 9:00- 09:10 - Welcome/316th Wing Small Business Professional
- 09:10- 10:40- Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP)
- 10:40-11:15- How to Do Business with Joint base Andrews
- 11:15 -11:30 - Small Business Networking- Q&A
Due to limited space, a maximum of 300 (ea.) firms has been established for registration to participate in the event. Once the maximum number of firms has registered for this event, all additional firms responding to this Notice will be notified (via e-mail) that their names have been placed on a standby list. The maximum capacity of participants the forum can accommodate is 300 (ea.), each firm will be allowed one guest. Pre-registration is MANDATORY (NO EXCEPTIONS). This event is open to all interested parties, small and large businesses.
