Combat Action Medal Awarded

Staff Sgt. Naeem Stanley, 316th Logistics Readiness Squadron, was awarded the Air Force Combat Action Medal, for performing duties while assigned to the 1058th Guntruck Company, Forward Operating Base Speicher, Iraq. During a combat mission, Sergeant Stanley's HUMVEE, which was the lead vehicle in the convoy, struck a landmine. The vehicle was severely damaged and Sergeant Stanley was injured.
