Janet Fenstermacher, teacher from Yorktown High School, Arlington, Va., holds a crystal during an Air Force-sponsored ASM International Materials Camp at Howard University in Washington, D.C., July 13. Feds Feed Families in full gear throughout DoD, NCR, AFDW
