Colonel Ken Rizer, 11th Wing/Joint Base Andrews commander, recognizes Air Force Staff Sgt. Ralph E. Sampson as the Warrior of the Week for single handedly stepping up to take on the duties and responsibilities of fitness monitor for the 811th Security Forces Squadron here.  Sampson developed individual and group fitness plans dedicated to get fellow Defenders "Fit to Fight."  He implemented, executed and followed through with every phase needed to maintain a quality force.
