Why do you serve?

I serve because I want to meet and interact with as many people, and cultures as I can in one lifetime. I believe that every act of genuine kindness can cause a ripple effect that will one day result in something huge, but for now I’m happy with the positive ripples I’m causing here on Andrews.

How does your job impact the wing's mission?

As the executive assistant for the Mission Support Group, I’m tasked with disseminating information from the wing down to the squadrons and serving as the data integrator for the MSG. Upon receiving the information, I evaluate, edit, and help finalize all necessary documents required to achieve the wing’s readiness goals. I also manage the group’s finances, set up commander’s calls from beginning to end, manage awards and decorations, and ensure the group is timely for wing deadlines. My favorite job is making sure the group stays physically fit by implementing an hourly group exercise program.

What's your dream assignment and why?

My dream assignment would be to Japan or even Germany. I always hear about the amazing experiences and cultures that come with being in that area. I would love to gain a firsthand experience of it.
