11 MDG dental clinic closure

The 11th Medical Group dental clinic will close Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019 due to the clinic moving to a new facility. The new dental clinic will be located close to the Malcolm Grow Medical Facility at 1065 West Perimeter Road. Patient care at the new facility will begin on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019 with emergency and limited clinical care being provided during the transition at the Malcolm Grow Oral Surgery Clinic.
