Why do you serve?

I joined the military to travel, have college paid for and to have a career with a purpose.

How does your job impact the wing’s mission?

I am the Combat Arms weapons qualification scheduler for the National Capital Region. Personnel must qualify on weapons prior to deployment, PCS and for their jobs. If personnel are not qualifying on their required weapons, the mission stops.  

What's been your favorite assignment/TDY and why?

My favorite assignment was Andersen AFB, Guam. I loved the comradery of being overseas and the island is absolutely beautiful.

What is your dream assignment and why?

My dream assignment would have to be anywhere with a beach so that I could continue to scuba dive.

What’s the coolest thing you’ve done in the military?

The coolest thing I have done in the military is respond to shots fired in a restricted area and I was the one that challenged and apprehended the individual.

What Hobbies do you have/what do you do in your spare time?

In my off time I go to the gym, I work on my school work, and I spend time with my friends.

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your life?

The biggest challenge I have faced in my life is missing key moments with my family due to being stationed across the world/country.
