World Series trophy comes to JBA

Air Force District of Washington hosted a Washington Nationals World Series trophy display event at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Dec. 17, 2019. The event featuring Nationals first baseman Ryan Zimmerman was organized to boost the relationship between the team and military members. Zimmerman and the trophy traveled to the 1st Helicopter Squadron and the 113th Wing, District of Columbia Air National Guard, for a meet and greet. Airmen and civilians were invited to take pictures of the trophy and receive autographs from Zimmerman.
