316th Mission Support Group receives new commander

Col. Nichole Scott (right), salutes Col. Scott will lead more than 1,500 personnel providing civil engineer, contracting, force support and logistics capabilities throughout the National Capital Region.

JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. –

Col. Nichole Scott assumed command of the 316th Mission Support Group during an assumption of command ceremony here, July 2, 2020.

“Thank you for giving me an opportunity to lead this fantastic group,” said Scott. “I’m absolutely ready and my career has prepared me for times like this. I look forward to what the next two years will bring us.”
