Retired chief talks about resilience

Airmen from the 316th Wing attended an in-person and virtual professional development seminar Feb. 26, 2021, at Joint Base Andrews, Md. The 316th Operations Group planned and hosted the seminar which featured multiple speakers who focused on Airmen development and communication throughout the three enlisted tiers. One of the speakers was retired Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force, Robert Gaylor, who spoke virtually to Airmen, non-commissioned officers and senior non-commissioned officers. The fifth CMSAF gave his listeners sound advice regarding their Air Force careers and how to be successful through resiliency.
