Tyler Schaff, 316th Wing and Joint Base Andrews commander, and his wife, Ellen Schaff, visit Child Development Center 3 to read books to the children and spend time with them as a thank you, April 28, 2021, at Joint Base Andrews, Md. April is designated as the Month of the Military Child, underscoring the important role military children play in the armed forces community.
