NCR service members HIIT it out of the park

Military members from the National Capital Region participated in a high intensity interval training workout at Nationals Park on April 14, 2022.

Service members in the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps and Navy experienced multiple workouts on the field and in the stands. There was a competition dubbed the “Wheel of Death,” where 1st Lt. Esther Kim, 89th Aerial Port Squadron officer in-charge of aircraft services, was the victor.

The Washington Nationals are hosting a Military Appreciation Night on Wednesday, April 20, to honor veterans and those currently serving.
