Cooking on charcoal and gas grills is an essential part of summer for many, and June and July are the peak months for grill-related fires.
 
Keep your grill on chill and avoid barbecuing the entire neighborhood with these quick tips from the Andrews Fire Department:

- Inspect your grill before each use
- Keep your grill clean on grease buildup
- Keep your grill at least 15 feet from buildings and trees
- Never the grill unattended
