Name: Mr. Gerome Q. Banks

Hometown: Pottstown, PA

Current Duty Title: 11th Wing Protocol Specialist

Why are they being recognized?

Mr. Banks took lead on the 11th Operations Group Assumption of Command ceremony. He not only arranged to meet with liaisons to ensure a smooth transition for the incoming commander, but also thoroughly explained script, invitation, seating, reception, and emcee duties.

Mr. Banks also worked hand-in-hand with the base chaplain's office for the National Day of Prayer Breakfast, ensuring the event's script, invites, seating and other protocol duties were met with success.

Lastly, Mr. Banks was the primary point of contact for the three-and-four-star-general greet program and was an essential asset in organizing a business roundtable luncheon for more than 30 community leaders and two 11th Wing leadership forums. Mr. Banks not only completed each mission but did so with limited time to request Office of Representation Funds (ORF).
