Name: Staff Sgt. Gregory A. Louder

Hometown: Ashland, Ohio

Current Duty Title: 11th Security Forces Squadron Operations Staff Non-Commissioned Officer

Why are they being recognized? Sergeant Louder spearheaded the development of a shelter in place training course for the 11th Security Forces Squadron.

He also revamped the instructional guides in each shelter in place kit to better facilitate personnel readiness in the event of a natural disaster or terrorist act resulting in the requirement to seek immediate cover.
