Andrews RPO transitioned to RMG RPO

Effective Feb 15, 2010, all Mobilization Assistants, Individual Mobilization Augmentees and Participating Individual Ready Reservist that utilize the Andrews Reserve Pay Office for their military pay services will be transferred to the RMG RPO. In order to facilitate the transfer you must log into the Air Force Reserve Orders Writing System (AROWS-R) and elect the RMG as your new RPO.

After the RMG RPO is elected then members can start by emailing pay documents to RMG RPO organization box at: rmg.rpo@us.af.mil or fax DSN 497-1830 or commercial 478-327-1830.

In anticipation of the additional workload the customer call center staff has been increased. The staff will confirm receipt of documentation with 48 hours.

If you have outstanding military pay issues email all the details of the issue along with supporting documentation. A military pay techinician will review, respond and provide a corrective action if applicable.
