Air Force Wounded Warrior program hosts Northeast CARE event

The Air Force Wounded Warrior program hosted their Northeast CARE event spanning the week of Nov.18th through the 22nd in support of our wounded Airmen and Guardians at Joint Base Andrews. 

The week's events consisted of a day of healing, empowerment to employment, resiliency workshops, and adaptive sports. The program is designed to strengthen mental, physical, spiritual and social well-being, and enrolled Wounded Warriors and their caregivers participated in adaptive sports to demonstrate their competitive potential.
