JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. –

Staff Sgt. Jordan Addison is the epitome of a top tier NCO and there is no task too big that he can't handle. Addison is the 316th Operations Support Squadron Aerospace Physiology operations and administration noncommissioned officer in charge, always strives to get 1% better every day, whether it's sharpening his skills as a physiology technician or his leadership skills as an NCO. Addison led the acquisition of the only helicopter components in the Air Force to better serve rotary wing aviators. Addison's ability to excel at everything he does is why he is Winnin' like a Griffin for the month of December at Joint Base Andrews.
