Winnin’ Like a Griffin: Airman 1st Class Natalie Martinez

Joint Base Andrews leadership visited the Andrews Regional Command Post in support of the March “Winnin’ Like a Griffin” recognition at Andrews, Maryland, March 18, 2026. U.S. Air Force Col. Jun S. Oh, 316th Wing and installation commander, coined U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Natalie Martinez, C2 Operations Controller, for outstanding initiative, performance, and her contributions towards additional critical roles. While excelling in her primary role, Natalie’s work ethic led her to mission essential duties well beyond the scope of her rank as an A1C, exemplifying what it means to be “winnin’ like a griffin.”
