JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. –

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Cody L. Henrico, a host aviation resource management journeyman assigned to the 316th Operations Support Squadron, was recognized for his exceptional leadership during a “Winning Like a Griffin” walkabout, May 5, 2026.

Henrico distinguished himself by leading a team to design an innovative analysis solution to reduce the section’s errors and save the 180 office man-hours each year.

The visit highlighted his technical initiative and dedication to the mission as he pursues an aeronautics degree and prepares for future responsibilities as a noncommissioned officer.
