JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. –

U.S. Air Force Col. Karl W. Seekamp recently toured Joint Base Andrews as part of his immersion as the new commander of the 316th Wing and installation. During his tour Seekamp visited the chapel, explosive ordnance disposal, fire department and many other units on base.

Wing immersions enable incoming commanders to directly engage with their units, evaluate capabilities and align understanding of the wing's diverse mission sets.
