JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. – Andrews will open water distribution stations to base members at the identified water buffalo locations starting at noon July 17. The water buffalo stations will be the primary location for water distribution throughout the installation.

Liberty Park residents are encouraged to use the water station located within housing in order to leave the other locations for mission-essential personnel.
