The Emergent Care Center will remain open to provide emergency and urgent care services.

Emergency Care is defined as a threat to life, limb or eye sight, such as severe bleeding, chest pain or broken bones.

Urgent Care is defined as care for an illness or injury that requires treatment within 24 hours but is not life threatening. Examples include: earache, toothache, rising fever, joint sprain or urinary tract infection.  Visits to civilian urgent care centers require prior authorization from your Primary Care Manager. Failure to do so could result in you incurring the cost for the visit. For urgent care, authorization enrollees can reach their PCM on-call provider after duty hours by calling the Emergent Care Center at (240) 857-2333.

If your condition is not urgent and you can wait for treatment, please contact the appointment line at 1-888-999-1212 on Monday to schedule an appointment.
