No time like the present to plan for child's school and sports physicals

Malcolm Grow Medical Center will be scheduling appointments for children's school and sports physicals at both the Family Health and Pediatric clinics throughout the summer months.

Major Susan Evitts, pediatric services flight commander, said, "being proactive with the planning of [children's] needed medical care is important."

"The medical staff at Malcolm Grow is here to serve our patient population in need of physicals this season," said Col. Robert Miller, 779th Medical Group commander. "We sincerely hope that our dedicated approach to this process will meet the needs of our families."

Appointments will be available for patients enrolled at the Family Health and Pediatric Clinics only beginning at 1 p.m. June 3 and 17; Aug. 19 and 26; and Sept. 2.

No walk-in appointments for physicals will be accepted. All appointments must be scheduled by calling the appointment line at 1-888-999-1212 Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please have all required paperwork completed and ready for the provider prior to the scheduled appointment.
