Richard Gooden, 11th Civil Engineer Squadron heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) craftsman, responds to a work order within the 11th Wing Public Affairs Office on March 13. 11 CES standard operating procedures ensure all HVACR work orders are completed immediately – with a normal response time of only a few hours. Additionally, Gooden’s haste in fixing the 11WG/PA office’s air conditioning system rescued those within the office from what was affectionately becoming known as “Elmendorf-esque” temperatures.
