Lieutenant Colonel Jason Koltes, #7 Thunderbirds pilot, presents Mr. Scott Roewer, hometown hero, a gift after his hometown hero incentive flight May 16. Mr. Roewer received the incentive flight for his extensive contributions to his community in Washington, DC. His efforts included volunteering for an organization that helps underprivileged persons attain job skills and business attire so that they may enter the workforce.
