Stephen Singleton's, 811th Security Forces Squadron protection level one area supervisor, target after firing test shots with him on the M-4 carbine rifle during combat arms training at Joint Base Andrews March 2. In order to qualify on the M-4, personnel must complete a ten-phase TRQC (tactical rifle qualification course). Personnel must qualify on all phases in order to arm-up as a security forces member.
