An 11th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighter helps a simulated victim walk to safety during a emergency exercise, Feb. 8, at Joint Base Andrews. Personnel all over Joint Base Andrews participated in the exercise which consisted of a fuel truck crashing into a bus carrying passengers.
