Equal Opportunity: Prevention, Guidance, Growth
Troy Baker, 316th Wing Equal Opportunity counselor, and Senior Master Sgt. John Schumann, 316th WG EO superintendent, review guidelines for the unit climate assessment program at Joint Base Andrews, Md. June 22, 2010. The assessment is designed as a tool for commanders to assess things like job environment, motivation, pride, peer relationships, fair treatment and many other areas that encompass the unit as a whole. The EO office ensures that all military and civilian members on Joint Base Andrews, its tenant units and satellite units are treated fairly and with human dignity.
