Contractors work to install windows and facade panels on The William A. Jones III Building at Andrews Air Force Base, Md. The five-story office space will replace the aging AFDW Headquarters and provide protected space for military agencies currently leasing offices outisde the gates. Construction is expected to be complete in March, with the first occupants moving in Spring of 2010.
