Shepro, 316th Wing/Joint Base Andrews commander, is sprayed with water by Airman 1st Class Jacob Kerschner, a firefighter with the 316th Civil Engineer Squadron, and 1st Lt. Margot Capell, 316 WG executive assistant, upon completing his final flight as commander of Joint Base Andrews, June 2.
