JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. - A U.S. Army Special Forces soldier from the 7th Special Forces Group (airborne) performs last-minute checks on the Fast Rope Infiltration/Exfiltration System aboard a UH-60 Blackhawk Aircraft. The FRIES was designed to provide special operations forces access to areas helicopters are unable to land. The demonstration was part of Joint Service Open House 2010 here May 14-16.
