Several Andrews children start out on a Adult and Kid Run during Family Fest 2010 April 24 in front of the Joint Base Andrews, Md., Youth Center. The event, which ran from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., included demonstrations of exercises, activities and healthy eating habits for children and parents. The children also received points for completing exercises at each exercise station. Sponsored by the Andrews Youth Center, participants were treated to food and refreshments. The event concluded with an awards ceremony and acknowledgments.
