Prime Minister of Vietnam lands at Andrews en route to Nuclear Security Summit
Nguyen Tan Dung, Prime Minister of Vietnam, is greeted by the Assistant Chief of Protocol for Diplomatic Affairs for the U.S. State Department, Gladys Boluda, and Col. Charles Spencer, Jr., 89th Airlift Wing vice commander, on the flight line at Joint Base Andrews, Md., April 11, 2010. The national delegate landed at Andrews on his way to the Nuclear Security Summit hosted by President Barack Obama in Washington, D.C., which is slated for Monday and Tuesday.
