Contractors work on the new William A. Jones III headquarters building Feb. 23, 2010 at Joint Base Andrews, Md. The $114.2 Million building is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certified, and is slated to be five stories, 380,000 square feet, and will hold more than 2,500 personnel.
