Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force James Roy speaks with the enlisted force of Joint Base Andrews Naval Air Facility Washington Wednesday. Chief Roy and his wife, Paula, spent the day visiting a variety of squadrons on Andrews to speak with Airmen personally about his missions and goals as chief master sergeant of the Air Force.
