A combined team of members from the 316th Civil Engineer Squadron asset management department and volunteers from the 113th Wing participated in building a butterfly garden at Yuma Park behind the Youth Center on Perimeter Road Sept. 25. Approximately 70 children from the Youth Center participated in constructing the 25 by 15 foot park, complete with decorative concrete pavers and bird bath.
