Master Sgt. Stephen B. Ladd congratulates his son, Shaun, for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. Shaun earned a total of 27 merit badges over a four-year period, and built a relocatable guard house for the 316th Security Forces Squadron as part of a community service project for his final task to earn Eagle Scout.
