Contractors clear concrete debris from a section of the flightline in preparation for spall repairs on the west side taxiway as a KC-135 aircraft taxi down a make-shift runway Wednesday. The spall repairs, which will extend the life of the 50-year-old taxiway, will be performed in three phases as part of an ongoing flightline construction project.
