Betty Rankin, a retired dependent and volunteer at Malcolm Grow Medical Center, turns in her TRICARE paperwork to Nijeri Watkins at the TRICARE service counter Tuesday at MGMC. The paperwork ensures that Ms. Rankin can continue receiving care from her primary care manager. The new TRICARE policy states that anyone who lives more than a 30 minute drive from their PCM must sign a waiver to continue receiving their care from them.
